The Stoke Speaks Out Staged Pathway Toolkit is now available on our website.
The Stoke Speaks Out Communication and Attachment Pathways are a universal tool to guide all child practitioners through a process of preventing and identifying attachment, speech, language and communication difficulties. It also provides an indication of when referral on to specialist services is necessary.
