Stoke Speaks Out aims to improve the speech, language, attachment and bonding of children and their families in Stoke-on-Trent.  Family Fun Packs will be sent free of charge to all families in Stoke-on-Trent who apply.  Discretion will be used for families applying who are not in Stoke-on-Trent.
