Practical level to put the action plan developed at Level 1 into place in your own setting or service.

Content

A mentor will be assigned to your setting to help you develop your target area of work.

Who is it for?

Practitioners who have attended Level 1 training and are ready to make practical changes in their setting.

Time

Demonstration & support over a period of 6 – 12 weeks with follow up support.

Who will deliver this?

Your mentor will be allocated dependant on what you are trying to achieve in your setting. They will be selected for you based on what expertise you will require to help you develop your action plan.

What is your commitment?

• You will need to have identified a target theme for your workplace for the development of attachment and communication
• You will need to have the time and commitment to follow through this development
• You will need to have the support from the management of your setting in implementing changes
